The person behind river house
With over twenty years experience in the early years sector, ten of them running local nurseries, I'm delighted to be steering the ship at River House Nursery. It's always been a dream of mine to open my own setting. So much thought and care has been taken to create a unique and nurturing environment for Wimborne families to enjoy.

Our mission at River House Nursery is to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. A home from home for many local children to enjoy. We are dedicated to laying a strong foundation for their future success by fostering a love for learning, promoting social and emotional development, and nurturing their unique abilities and talents.
We prioritise the holistic growth of each child, ensuring their physical, intellectual, and emotional needs are met through age-appropriate activities, play-based learning, a supportive and caring staff team. Our mission is to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging space that empowers children to explore, create, and develop a lifelong love for learning.
